You should also call or go to the London Borough of Richmond-upon-Thames Housing Needs Department. Their telephone number is 020 8891 7409, and they are based at the Civic Centre in Twickenham. They may have a statutory duty to house you.

You can speak to one of the Borough’s Citizens Advice Bureaux. There is one in Richmond, by Richmond roundabout, on 020 8940 2501; and one in Twickenham, near the Civic Centre, on 020 8892 5917. They will be able to advise you about benefits and direct you to other agencies who can help you.
