We presently have the following vacancy:

Skills Development Worker
Full time, 35 hours per week. Salary Scale �23,000 - �26,500 per annum.

The post of Skills Development Worker is a new and exciting one for SPEAR. You will work with clients from all SPEAR's services, encouraging them to take up meaningful activities and to access training, education and work opportunities. You will maintain a working knowledge of resources in the borough, assess client need and advise on appropriate pathways. Your work will add a new dimension to the service we can offer to many disadvantaged people.

The closing date is Friday 21st November and interviews will be held in the week commencing 1st December 2008.
