SPEAR is a dynamic and evolving voluntary sector charity, providing effective services to support and accommodate homeless people in South West London, working with people in the age range of 16 to 65 years.
SPEAR is committed to making sure that all homeless people have the opportunity to be supported to the point that they no longer need us, working in a collaborative way to help clients gain independence.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Director of Operations to join our expanding team in South West London.
Responsible and accountable for the effective delivery of SPEAR’s services, this role will support the Strategic Director of Operations with operational performance management across a number of our services. This will include ensuring services are delivered to a high quality, they are compliant with our strategic aims and values and that our clients receive a high quality of customer service.
We are looking for an individual with good working knowledge of best practice in service delivery across the homelessness sector who is able to manage a varied group of service delivery teams at a middle management level and able to develop and deliver business plans effectively.
This role will be a permanent, full time position reporting directly to the Strategic Director of Operations.
Salary: £45,000 per annum (On a pro-rata basis for length of contract)
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

This is a 6 month fixed term contracted position.
