Integrated Outreach Team Manager

For over 30 years SPEAR has been operating in South West London to provide the highest quality of innovative support to people experiencing homelessness and/or sleeping rough on the streets of London.

With recent changes to the way our services are delivered across five boroughs we are looking for an experienced senior manager to lead our Integrated Outreach Teams and to provide strong, imaginative, responses to the needs of those most vulnerable in society.

You will be able to manage multiple teams across five boroughs with the requisite relationship-building skills to ensure that we remain open and accountable to our partners both in terms of our contractual requirements but also in the development of services.

You will have excellent presentational skills and an in-depth understanding of service delivery to clients, ranging from Outreach, Navigation of services for complex-needs/entrenched clients, and Health delivery initiatives.

An ability to prepare and deliver data on the multiple contracts is essential and this will apply both to our monitoring and reporting but also to how we shape the services going forward in order to meet any changing needs or trends identified.

As the Team Leaders for each borough will be looking to this role for a positive, solution-focused, steer in their work; your ability to prioritise, communicate, and problem-solve will be key.

Salary: £40,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 per week 

This is a fixed term appointment until 31st March 2020.
