The Property Manager post is a new role at SPEAR to help support our portfolio of owned properties, rented properties (HMOs), office sites and hostel based accommodation. This role will work with operational colleagues to ensure that our properties are maintained to a high standard and compliant with health and safety legislation, as well as developing and maintaining housing management and facilities management policies and procedures in light of best practice.
A varied and dynamic role, the post-holder will be responsible for shaping the future of property management at SPEAR, enabling SPEAR to run effectively and efficiently.
Ideally you will have relevant, recent experience and have a combination of strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. This role will be working within a busy team so you will need to be a good multi-tasker and able to prioritise.

SALARY: £45,000 per annum
WORKING HOURS: 37.5 hours per week
