SPEAR are now recruiting a Tenancy Support Worker to work as part of our complex needs team at Penny Wade House.
This role is responsible for delivering support to our clients once they are accommodated, enabling our clients to be become independent and empowering them to manage their tenancies. Therefore this role requires an individual with the ability to assist clients who have challenging and complex behaviours with consistent asset based support through their stay with the service.
For this role we require an individual who has excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-agency work, working in partnerships with other organisations and professionals.
Due to vulnerability of the SPEAR client group you will be required to complete a full enhanced DBS and full clean driving licence and access to a car would be an advantage.
