Are you passionate about supporting people to overcome homelessness and achieve lasting independence? We are seeking a Hostel Support Worker to join our professional and experienced team, providing hostel-based services for rough sleepers with complex needs.
The role
As a key member of our team, you’ll deliver high-quality support, working closely with clients to develop personalised plans that enable positive change. You will be responsible for the effective co-ordination of support, crisis intervention, motivation and future planning for hostel residents. Your role will involve working with internal and external partners, ensuring clients have access to specialist services and the housing they need to move forward.
