Munira Wilson, Member of Parliament for Twickenham, visited SPEAR’s Hub office today to meet with our CEO Tim Fallon. The meeting focused on discussing the challenges we are currently facing, particularly in addressing rough sleeping and supporting vulnerable individuals in the constituency.

During the visit, Munira and Tim discussed ways to work together to enhance support services for those experiencing homelessness in South West London. We showcased our vital work in providing outreach, tenancy support and accommodation services, highlighting the organisation’s role in helping individuals on their journey from homelessness to independent living.

“We were honoured to welcome Munira Wilson MP to our Twickenham Hub,” said Tim. “This visit provided an opportunity to demonstrate the crucial role SPEAR plays in supporting people experiencing homelessness and to seek Munira’s continued support for our initiatives.”

Munira Wilson, MP for Twickenham, said, “I’m enormously grateful to SPEAR for all they do to support those experiencing homelessness in our community. It was great to meet staff and volunteers to learn more about SPEAR’s vital work, and discuss how we can work together to tackle homelessness.”
