Join SPEAR’s Housing First team in Tower Hamlets and help people who’ve experienced rough sleeping to secure and sustain a safe, permanent place to live. Through flexible, one-to-one support, you’ll empower people to stay housed, improve their wellbeing and feel part of their community.

In this role, you’ll work closely with clients, local agencies and housing providers to deliver SPEAR’s Housing First approach – focusing on personalised support for those who have not progressed through traditional accommodation pathways. Every day, you’ll make a tangible difference to the lives of some of the most vulnerable people in our society.
