We’re looking for a Resettlement and Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Richmond. In this role, you’ll be supporting people with complex needs as they move from homelessness into secure accommodation, helping them build the skills and confidence needed to sustain their tenancy and achieve lasting change.

Working as part of a professional, supportive team, you’ll provide tailored, person-centred support through assessments, key working and practical guidance. You’ll also liaise with external agencies to make sure clients have access to the housing, health and community services they need.
