We’re looking for a Waking Hostel Night Shift Worker to join SPEAR’s Richmond hostel team. In this vital role, you’ll stay awake overnight to keep our hostel safe, calm and welcoming for residents who’ve experienced homelessness. You’ll provide reassurance and practical support, respond to any issues quickly and ensure everyone feels respected and secure.

If you have experience supporting people affected by homelessness or complex needs, strong safeguarding awareness and the resilience to manage challenging situations calmly, this could be the role for you.
