The role

Join SPEAR as a Rough Sleeper Navigator and help transform lives in Wandsworth. In this role, you’ll work directly with people currently sleeping rough, providing consistent support and guidance as they move away from street homelessness. Working closely with SPEAR’s outreach team and partner agencies, you’ll assess individual needs, develop tailored support plans, and help clients access accommodation, healthcare, benefits, and opportunities for education or employment.

If you have experience in the homelessness sector, strong case coordination skills, and a passion for empowering vulnerable people to achieve lasting independence, we want to hear from you. This full-time role offers the chance to make a real difference as part of a dedicated and supportive team.

Be part of a charity that’s been helping people break the cycle of homelessness for over 35 years. Apply now to help end rough sleeping in London.

Your benefits

Need to know you’ll be financially secure whether you’re sick, having a child, or simply in the future? We’ve got that covered with sick pay, parental leave, and a pension scheme.

We will also ensure your mental wellbeing can be your number one priority through access to a confidential counselling service, so you can go home every day, knowing your hard work is helping some of those most marginalised in society move from homelessness to independence.

SPEAR welcome and encourage applications from everyone, regardless of age, disability, gender, ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation.
