We are SPEAR. We support people experiencing homelessness to find a place to call home.

What we do

Rough sleeper outreach

We enable people to get off the streets and take their first steps to a lasting, genuine independence.

Tenancy support

We support people in temporary and more permanent accommodation, offering advice, resettlement planning, and tailored support to maintain their tenancies or achieve their next move.

Accommodation

We provide accommodation targeted towards our client’s identified support needs and aspirations. These range from hostels and Houses in Multiple Occupation to independent flats.

Independent living skills

We provide a person-centred approach to coach people to achieve their goals so that they can live an independent, fulfilling life.

Homeless Health Link Service

We engage, consult and advocate for people experiencing homelessness to address their physical and mental health needs.
