Join #TeamSPEAR at the London Walk 2027!
Following five years of SPEAR involvement we are looking forward to another London Walk in 2027. Now is the opportunity to be one of the first to join #TeamSPEAR and express interest in the event.
The London Walk is a night walk through London starting and finishing near Trafalgar Square with a variety of distances available – from 10km to a full marathon.
Organised by the London Homeless Collective, a movement of more than 25 charities that support people experiencing homelessness in London, this walk offers an opportunity to reflect on the experiences of people who are homeless. Not just people who are forced to sleep on the streets but those who walk through the night, travel on night buses or access 24 hour retail sites in order to stay awake and stay safe.

Details
For the 10k registration starts at 7pm and the walk will leave at 8pm.
Walkers doing the half or full marathon register from 8.15pm and the walk will leave at 9pm.
Approximate finish times for the walks are as follows: 10k – 10pm, half marathon – 1am, marathon – 5am.
There will be a reception for people at the end of the walk and space for them to rest and recover.
Registration fees and targets have not been confirmed but for guidance:
- 2026 Registration: £40
- 2026 Fundraising target:
- 10k: £200
- Half marathon: £300
- Full marathon: £400
