This summer take a walk to raise funds for SPEAR with a route steeped in history with iconic sights, and capped with a BBQ at the finish – a wonderful end to the summer!

Thames Path Ultra Challenge 14-15 September

Raise funds for SPEAR. Walk, jog or run the Thames Path Challenge, following England’s greatest river. Choose your distance, with 100, 75, 50 and 25km challenge options available.
