Our skills development pathways enable people to build their confidence and learn new skills such as IT skills, literacy, and more.

Increased self-esteem comes with small steps of change. These steps make the difference in maintaining a home and breaking the cycle of homelessness.

The Community Development team supports people experiencing homelessness to access employment, education, and training. Working with external agencies, this service provides information about available jobs in Greater London.

This service also supports clients in funding courses such as ESOL, CSCS, and SIA courses.

The Community Development team also facilitates and supports key workers with their clients to look for any sort of ETE opportunities.
